    I really wish I had run into the “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) a long time ago. For 3 weeks of utilizing the plans, I lost 12 pounds There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times a week and also the food to eat should be right.     One pro tip is drinking 2 glasses of water before all meals. Sounds excessive but it's a great way to get your daily intake of water and studies show people who do this tend to lose more weight.

    Okay I do have like a problem about my weight I m 5’7 and I weight 143 pounds which I know it’s not huge but I don’t like my body and whenever I try to loose weight I just can’t do weight like it’s like my mind is continuing to tell me to eat more and more I feel completely powerless do any of you have any advises for this ? I could really use one

    Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on a lot of youtube and I thought they were scams. However after my buddy follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

    Personally, I find diets tricky. They are often for a 'short-term' result. You'll gain the weight eventually, you lost and/or more when you crash diet… literally most people do. Instead, focus on a healthy LIFESTYLE… not a 'DIET'.
