Hey everyone!

I have arthritis in my left knee so the face that you said to put your butt out first and use your hips to do squats really keeps my knee from hurting. Thanks so much for your tips and videos.     I love all of your workouts. I just turned 49, and I am on week 13 of cardio and strength training. I am really sticking workouts, and added intermittent fasting (16:8) and some of the keto diet to help drop the weight. So far, so good!! I am starting to see the results of my labor. Thanks, coach!!
