    It's sad. I only drink water and tea without sugar. I don't eat sweets or snacks often, maybe once a week and still I don't lose weight.

    Having a fast day for muslim are the best day because you can keep ur body maintain… i only eat a little because i feel full even not eat or drink anything after 13 hours☺️

    What if I already don't drink soda or juice and I almost never have cereal in the house anyways, but when I do it's in the pantry where I can't see it? And what if I'm getting enough sleep, but it's not a GOOD night's sleep? None of these really apply to me….
