I don’t have any problems 😂
I lost 4kg from being picked on (in a healthy way) and I was very motivated to take that bad experience and turn it into something good.
Unfortunately everything became to much for me and I gave up 🙁
I’m trying my best and let’s be real not everything is as easy as it may sound.
I’m getting back on track and am hoping to lose 25kg before summer (I’m from Australia) just wanted to share this experience and tell everyone not everything is easy and you have to work for what you want!💓

Great video girl!! Just try to keep that chin tucked in to your chest when doing those hip thrusts, it helps to prevent moving your back up and down too much. Your progress is amazing!! Keep it up!!
