    I'm 76 and do regular exercising to assist me in moving my 1200cc motorcycle …I hope to be riding for many more years…  Diet is even more important than the exercises to keep the veins clean …

    Love your video..it is simple and practically easy to do…..Not only senior citizens.but anyone can do it with great enthusiasm because it is easily doable.

    Thank you so much for this video. I'm grateful to be able to get it on Youtube since I don't currently have access to a tv DVD device.I appreciate the instruction pace as I have a spinal cord injury and difficulty getting into positions. This program was easy to follow and get into position to do the exercises which I've found difficult with other exercise videos – instructors don't allow enough time for the participants to get into the proper position. Kudos Jeremy Daub. Bless you.
