Hi everyone (: I hope you enjoyed hearing all about my journey and the struggles that I went through to find a good balance of health and enjoyment. Your body image can be a difficult thing to accept, but it’s not about what you look like on the outside, it’s all about how happy you feel on the inside! No matter how skinny or toned you may be, you’ll never feel comfortable in your own skin until you just accept that you may never look like the girls online, and that’s okay!! This is for all of my beautiful girls & guys out there who struggle with how they feel when they look in the mirror. You are AMAZING and our bodies are capable of incredible things! Treat your body with care and work hard, but don’t limit yourself too much. & NEVER GIVE UP!!

    Wow! This is the first time i saw someone on ytb with the same body as mine! ( the before of course 🤣 ) I’m trying really hard to change my diet and I’m having a really bad time bc i study all day long 😥 but because of you i kinda feel more focused, i feel that there’s still some hope.

    I have never ever heard anyone’s story so relatable to me!!! I was so skinny in middle and high school along with being flat chested and picked on. I struggled to gain weight and I tried so hard. I was called chop sticks in high school because of how skinny I was. As I got older I gained weight but wasn’t working out cause I didn’t know how to really start. I met my husband and he taught me workouts and I went through the same stages of working out and then stopping and postponing to where I really wanted to be with my body. It was just a back a forth of losing weight, gaining weight and not eating properly and not maintaining any type of nutrition. Finally years later to today I just got so sick of myself and I just wasn’t happy with my body. I gained a lot of belly weight. Just 2 months ago I am on a streak and am finally doing it for myself. I was so concerned on looking good to other people then to myself and I never really understood that those are two different feelings til now. Thanks for sharing your story!! Sorry I went on a rant. Hehe

    I was feeling depressed on how my body looks and just angry at myself for not doing good in my diet and not working out enough. After I watched this it made me feel like I can do this, I’m going to run now! It takes a lot of discipline to keep up with it but it’s time! Very honest and motivational video ☺️

    I’m a junior and your story is the same as mine. Same boyfriend story, partying, birth control the only thing is different is that I stopped dancing after 13 years. This is so inspirational and I feel like I can relate to you so much. Thank you 💗

    it funny that some can really struggle with growing too fast while other deal with not growing and being too skinny. Always the opposite sides struggle while the "normal" people seems like the perfect

    Omg I’ve had problems with my stomach too and I have a similar body shape to you. I started working out 5-6 times a week, drinking coffee everyday, alcohol 1-2 times a week and comes to find out I have acid reflux. All these things were affected my health to the point where I was scared at night cause I had shallow breathing. If anyone has shallow breathing like I did it could be from this, I had no idea.
