Oil – 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/3 Tsp
Split chickpeas – 1 Tsp
Urad Dal – 3/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 Tsp
Green Chilli (Peppers) – 3 Split
Curry Leaves – a few
Split Mung Beans (MoongDal) – 1/4 Cup
Onions – Grated – 1/4 Cup
Salt – 2 Tsp
Water – 2 1/2 Cups
