The healthy fats in the salad balance the oil free salad.
ingredients:
chicken: 300 gm
5-6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 lemon
handful of spring onion
3 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 red capsicum
2 small or 1 medium apple
1 medium onion
1 medium cucumber
1 cup low fa thick curd or Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 green chilli
a fat pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Iceberg lettue to wrap the salad
whole wheat roti or tortilla to wrap the salad
extra lettuce, spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish.
Note: You can add in any seasonal fresh vegetables of the place you live.

    First of all, they said these are low in carbs, that doesn't mean that if you eat them and sit your ass up all day wasting time, you'd be magically slim, hooman.

    Secondly, tf if you don't like the music, stop complaining, set the volume low or skip to another video. You aren't the one who sat at the busy studio and searched up for many beats and set it to the video. Give some credits, they're updating so frequently with many recipes and fgs, that's annoying when people blabber.

    Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
