Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level. Remember that it is your practice, so forget about how the poses look and just focus on understanding and learning about your body! Happy practice my friends =) Namaste!

Apsolutely impressive psyhique
Whilst very impressed by a clearly gymnastically trained body, it is not realistic to expect handstands or indeed full bridges without some intermediary step that allows us amateurs to make some use of the movements. This alongside the pull throughs (which gave me the signal it was a known 'male gymnastics' routine) came across as grand standing and off putting . I simply wanted to get a workout at the level I am capable of. As a female I don't have this kind of upper body strength nor physique and need encouragement of small incremental 'wins' not staring defeat in the face.
Feeling the practise but KILL THE RAVE MUSIC! Makes me anxious

Thank you so much for the video. I can do planche dragon flag human flag etc. But I got so much problems to get the handstand but with this routine I learned the handstand press so fast. Thank you for sharing this video 😊
