    thanks for this. i had a hip replacement and am going stir crazy not being able to exercise. I could put my operated leg up on a chair and get a bit of cardio going – so GOOD for my disposition which was getting grumpy and depressed. I enjoyed participating with the participants, feeling and seeing that smile from oxytocin or whatever it is that exercise releases. Thank you.

    It's great to have access to this. I am a PT in Canada, and often I get excuses from mobility-compromised patients not to exercise. This is a great option for those who cannot exercise standing. There are so many mental health benefits from exercising in addition to the known physical benefits! Thanks for the courageous group who generously participated in this video. Bravo.
